2. General information
We process personal data in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP). Where the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies, we also comply with it.
Personal data is any information relating to an identified or identifiable person. We only process it for the purposes described in this privacy policy and only for as long as necessary.
We do not use automated decision-making or profiling.
3. Hosting and server logs
This website is hosted by cyon AG, Brunngässlein 12, 4052 Basel, Switzerland. When you visit the website, the server automatically records technical data in log files: IP address, date and time of access, the page accessed, the referring page, browser type and operating system.
We use this data to deliver the website securely and to detect and fix faults and attacks. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in the secure and stable operation of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The log data is not combined with other data and is deleted automatically after a few days.
4. Contact form, email and phone
If you contact us via the contact form, by email or by phone, we process the details you provide (for example name, company, email address, phone number and your message) in order to answer your request.
The legal basis is your consent, which you give when submitting the form (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), and, where your request relates to a contract or a possible contract, the steps necessary before entering into it (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Name, email address and message are required so that we can answer your request. All other details are voluntary.
Requests sent via the contact form are stored on our web server and forwarded to us by email. Entries on the web server are deleted automatically after 90 days. Emails are kept for as long as we need them to handle your request. If a business relationship results from your request, we keep the correspondence for as long as required by law (in Switzerland generally ten years).
5. WhatsApp
Our website contains a link to WhatsApp. WhatsApp only opens if you click on it. If you contact us via WhatsApp, the service is provided by WhatsApp (Meta Platforms), and data may be transferred to countries outside Switzerland, including the USA. WhatsApp’s privacy policy applies: whatsapp.com/legal/privacy-policy.
If you contact us via WhatsApp, we process your messages to answer your request. The legal basis is your consent and, where applicable, the steps necessary before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR).

This website does not use cookies for tracking, analytics or advertising.
For technical reasons, your browser may store small entries on your device, for example so that the opening animation is shown only once per visit. These entries contain no information that identifies you and remain on your device.
This storage is technically necessary to display the website as intended and is deleted when you close your browser. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a functioning website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
7. Fonts
The fonts used on this website are loaded from our own server. No connection is made to Google or other font providers.
8. Service providers and disclosure abroad
